I work in the bar industry so I need tools that are functional, good looking and durable. It exceeded my expectations. Most knives are made out of very weak/thin metal when it comes to blade holders and the blade itself. I can't tell you how many different knives I've bought and had the blade pop out trying to carve an orange peel the old fashioned way. This peeler is meaty on all sides. The serrated blade is also very sharp and slices through citrus peels like a master. Buy with confidence especially if you are in the bar industry.
