Armed with a ruler, I found that the width of the contact patch turned out to be 2 cm (! And this is on the 185th tire !) less than the previous model of identical size. I also measured the tread width of both tires! My fears were confirmed, the tread width (of the part that concerns the coating) was already 2cm! Namely - 140mm. On the previous 160mm. From that moment the problems started. The car is mainly used for trips out of town. The behavior of the car has changed beyond recognition. The confidence of driving at high speed was lost - the car seemed to be hovering above the ground, completely eliminating the sensation of any grip on the road. On a wet, slushy road, a little steering movement caused both the rear and front to drift. That is, the car has become like a "cow on ice." Almost immediately, I contacted the dealership with a complaint about the narrow tread and a proposal to make a return. To which he received a refusal and a message that the protector is the result of research by engineers. To me, this is hypocrisy. Only on one axle did I get -4cm of useful grip. This story ended a couple of months later, when I was heavily skidded on a snowy rolled road, but without consequences. It was decided to buy another Dunlop model, in the same size. Its tread, like that of KLEBER, is 160mm. Everything fell into place, but no one will return the money for yokogama. I do not recommend taking.
