This was my first molded bruxism mouthguard. So I don't have a comparison, but it seems to work fine. I followed the directions and was able to stick it to my teeth. Part of the mold was too thick so I put it back in the boiling water and was able to thin that area. I can sleep peacefully with the face mask on. The only thing I would wish for was a little better is the taste. The taste isn't bad, but it's not minty either. LAUGH OUT LOUD. I'm glad I chose it as my first over the $200+ dental insurance.
