This is an excellent 4 wire Kelvin impedance meter for the money. Good LCD display. Works as advertised. I use the Lacrosse BC-700 to test charge and capacity and this meter to test the internal impedance of the battery. This allows you to sort and match AA flash batteries for the shortest flash recycle time. For more stable readings, place the battery in a good metal battery holder and measure the impedance across the battery holder terminals. The gauge will display 1 when out of range, which is common to all gauges of this type. English manual would be better. Revain provided an English manual upon request.
