2wd i-beam f350 needs work.

So it's almost impossible to find a level kit for 2WD F350 with I-Beam suspension. After many hours of research and several helpful forums, I later installed it. To help others, I'll start with why all these level sets don't work with the I-Beam setup. Because of the camber angle, you'll need the -3.5 camber bushes that Revain sells to level your truck after it's jacked. At the -3.5 setting, the knuckle eventually comes into contact with the inside (called the spindle maybe?), apparently some trucks have enough clearance and it works, but most don't, resulting in either positive camber or misalignment. . So the solution is to rotate the inside of the spindle (not the knuckle) very slightly at the curved point (at the same level where the upper ball joint goes through the knuckle). The knuckle is the part that has the ball joints attached that move when you adjust the camber bushing that the hub and wheel attach to. The upper knuckle is the area that rubs. Not much needs to be removed from the spindle. DO NOT grind the knuckle that the ball joint attaches to. Sand the part that is c. Hope that helps. Do this at your own risk and only if you have any idea what you are doing. Don't install one of those level kits and be an idiot running with a positive camber and the top the wheels.
