Works with thick batter like chocolate walnut biscuits
I got these to replace the small spoon I've used for walnut chocolate biscuits in the past, which is constantly changing the equipment ripped off and I had to stop, clean it and put the gear back in place. I've only used a small spoon so far but found it easy to manipulate the dough with it. So I'm only giving it 5 stars because I could make 4 dozen cookies of the same size and didn't have to mess with them at all.
