Comfortable for my cat.
Much better than a plastic veterinary cone. My cat could eat and drink with it. I was worried it wouldn't work for the reason I ordered it. My cat was constantly licking her ass and she couldn't reach it so she was perfect for that. My cat is 12 pounds and I ordered a medium size. .I measured her neck to choose the size. Only problem is the clasp doesn't hold it tight but if you tie a knot it still works.
