The machine is great IF you get the hang of it. When I got the car I was a beginner. I didn't even know what swing was. The machine comes with pictures that 'show' you what something should look like after it's set up, but doesn't show you very clearly how. If not quite. I was ready at this point to take care of this thing BUT I'm annoying and pushy, I googled the hell out of various models to find out what I'm seeing and after about 2 days of obsessive trial and error I was an expert in how to put a thread in both parts and was able to do it very quickly. But not thanks to a company that sucks :/ And yes, the photos make perfect sense AFTER you know what each thing is.
