Exactly as described

Works exactly as expected. The metal on the underside is pretty easy to bend, so I made sure the clamp was right up against the exhaust pipe. I'm not sure how long the rivet will last before it rusts, but it's usually the rubber that wears first on such mounts from vibration and stress. They last a long time, I installed them on a 1964 pickup.
