The process of hiring new employees is very easy with their system as I am able to have my interviews recorded so that it makes things even easier for me when reviewing them again later.

There are some times where they do not get all information which can lead to confusion or delays but this has nothing directly to due from us just keep using accusource! A great place if you want your job searching done right!! Interviews go smoothly because we know what our rights/reps are going into each interview. It also helps out alot having everything be online available whenever needed too help speed up any issues at hand while working through accuresources software.
