The benefits of using this software are that it is easy to use and has many features for employers who want to screen employees quickly without having any issues with their background checks or hiring process. It can be used online so there is no need to go through an office to complete your application. I do not like how slow it takes for you to get results from the system. I like that it is easy to use for both employees as well employers! It makes scheduling easier than other sites out there which can be confusing at times with all of their features. The benefits are that it's fast to perform multiple searches at once which is great for data mining or searching through resumes etc. It can be time consuming if you want to search all of your files individually so there may not always be an immediate benefit from using this tool.
