So my rating might be different. Dismantling in the truest sense of the word. I bought this Pentalic sketchbook as an identical replacement for one that was damaged by my Shiba Inu. While the insides were intact, the cover was completely missing. To keep the sketches I drew in it, I bought the same notebook and then swapped the covers. Based on this experience, I can say that the build quality of these laptops is very solid, yet very clean. I had no trouble separating the notebook from the cover, but never once did the binding between the notebooks feel weak or fragile. a few months. So if you're looking for a fairly durable sketchbook, this one feels solid throughout.
