I bought these when I first invited people over to my house just to play VR; The standard open-cell foam faceplate absorbs a lot of sweat and is generally a nuisance to all but the first participant. With those three, I figured even if we had to switch people, at least I'd have enough to do it. Thankfully, with the synthetic rubber coating on the foam, these pads don't absorb nearly as much, which is perfectly fine for hot-swapping between people.
