Works great after a minor installation problem
The connector card that attaches to the case was too long for the space allotted in the Dell computer. So I had a little trouble attaching it in a way that I could close the computer lid. But after a few minutes it barely fit. Once installed it works great. Was able to grab the tape with no problems.
