First of all I have to say that I've been lifting for a while and my body is used to these products so I always advise building on that. An amazing blend of ingredients, each in the right dose to be viable. When it comes to explosive diarrhea, everyone suffers. I recommend drinking it slowly, I mean like pediculitis slowly, it seemed to solve the stomach problems for me. Also, eat something small before meals. For my first drink, I mixed it with 6 fl oz of water and mashed it up. It's not a bad idea, but spending time in the bathroom won't be interesting. I will say it gave me more energy than I wanted so now I eat a banana or something small before meals. So overall the pros are: - Amazing blend with effective doses - Great sweet taste (maybe overdone for some) - Good energy lifts me up - Great recovery time benefits of this stuff) Cons: - Can wreak havoc in your gut if you don't follow the Instructions - You must drink slowly! (God love, if you don't want to be pushed to the toilet, drink slow)
