Six months could not get enough of the purchase, then began continuous torment. On 04/17/2022, a Triflex HX1 vacuum cleaner was purchased - six months later, the vacuum cleaner stopped collecting garbage - you lift the brush and all the garbage spills out of it. Took it in for repair. They said that the filter is dirty, so the vacuum cleaner does not up debris well. They showed how to disemble and clean everything - not the easiest and most pleasant procedure, since you need to disemble all the parts and blow dust out of a small internal filter. The situation has slightly improved: once a week they cleaned it, but the effect of a vacuum cleaner six months ago was completely different. During the same repair, they changed the brush, as they saw that there was melted plastic at the attachment points of the brush. In May of this year (actually a month after the warranty expired), the brush stopped spinning. They barely pulled it out, there was a smell of plastic - it burned out again. A vacuum cleaner without a working brush is an absolutely non-working unit. Hoped for a proven quality, now a complete disappointment. Replacement of the brush costs 25,000, which is 50% of the cost of the vacuum cleaner. A separate story with the service operator - she was rude, when asked to transfer to the quality essment service after the call - she said "you will be automatically transferred" and simply dropped the call.
