Review on ๐Ÿ”˜ 5 lb Low Fire Cone 06 White Pottery Clay - Rocky Mountain Clay CT3 by Jessica Lewis

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The listing is very misleading, it deserves 1 star, the tone is very expensive per pound.

The image in this listing shows a standard 25 pound rectangular bag of clay. However, what is being sold is an extremely expensive ยฃ5 cube of clay. I should have looked more closely but the price and picture matched what this type of sound costs so I bought it. After getting 1200 good reviews, I quickly added them to my shopping cart. As someone who works in marketing, this type of bait is so common and deeply annoying. Pound. This clay cube that fits in the palm of my hand costs $4.20 a pound. Essentially the Bezos robbery on the freeway. And yes, the offer will automatically select the ยฃ5 option if the ยฃ25 option is shown, but the offer title says ยฃ5 meaning you won't win the argument. (They're deceptive, but not stupid.) They expect people to be low on information and shop visually. And what the heck does a potter with 5 pounds of clay need? Who even sells this size? Just don't buy this clay. Head to your local open pottery shop and buy a 25 pound bag of clay for $20 instead. The studio will genuinely appreciate your business - that's where I'm going today, should have started. Selling for MUCH more and assuming you're too lazy to return overpriced clay. And they will be right. I won't be returning this because it's not worth the environmental impact, but I'll still give an honest review :) And no, I won't delete this for a refund.
