Two units received within days of order. They were well packaged in their own box with a lighter, USB cable and cleaning brush. The lighter has a nice cap to protect the electrodes. The devices were fully charged and ready to use. Two steps are required to use: a) slide the safety switch forward and b) press the ignition button. The bow is just as advertised and lights the candle with ease. Please note that the safety switch was a bit stiff when first used and required a strong thumb. After first use it became easier to use and required expected pressure to work. The instructions are in a small booklet and it is important to read the loading procedures. This is a great product that I bought for my wife who has a hard time using fireplace lighters that have a safety switch that is difficult and uncomfortable to use. She loves this product and likes to light candles.
