Works great but the holes may be a little different. Corrosion will be your biggest hurdle as it can make bolt holes larger. You can use thick psh toothpicks in the collapsed hole and new screws are put in. I lubricated the bolts with silicone sealant and also sealed the sides and top of the latch. They even put latches on the doors that weren't factory, they just painted them the color of the car.
