I'm not sure about anyone but this purchase was a disaster. Maybe it was just my bad luck. I bought the product, customized it and hoped my wife would like the birthday present. Unfortunately this was not the case. It did not work! The timing belt came loose immediately and I couldn't fix it. So I decided to send it back and get a replacement. The replacement didn't take long, in fact it arrived before I could even send the first one. I was excited that I now have a new article, but that excitement didn't last long. This time the box came with missing items. A ring was missing and above all there was no instruction manual. Now tell me how the hell can I assemble this item without instructions? More than enough reason for me to believe that this was not a good purchase decision. I will return it but this time for a refund and not a replacement. I'm not telling anyone not to buy it like I said it's probably just my luck or lack of it.
