I bought this in blue, I bought it more expensive. The promotional image clearly says it's magnetic resistance, but it's not. When I opened the box I saw it was friction. So it looks like a false advertisement. I am very disappointed in this. I looked at so many options and bought this one because it's magnetic and I was able to get it before Christmas. This bike only took about 45 minutes to put together from start to finish, but that doesn't include opening the box and laying out everything. The instructions were very clear and made assembly very easy. I've had this bike for 3 months now so I've had plenty of time to break it in and really see how it performs without being impressed on the first ride. First, the seat is terrible so I replaced it with a wider and softer one. The seat that comes with it is hard and not wide enough for me.
