Installation will require a ratcheting socket and a good allen wrench, but it all fits and fits well. It takes a little while as you do a little touch work. Brackets are strong! Actually more than a grill. The associated hardware fits, but I had to run bolt cutters secured with an Allen wrench to scrape off the excess powder coating that was on the bolt threads. I then added some blue threadlocker and am glad it's safe. Takes about half an hour. Fill the hole and hopefully knock rocks out of the trance cooler. I still wonder why Chevy leaves it so exposed. One star for the Chevy, four stars for the grille and hardware.
