Review on Monoprice Keyboard Converter Adapter 110934 by Joe Nieves

This adapter appears to contain active circuitry, which solved my issue with other similar devices that do NOT appear to have active circuitry. When I restarted my computer, the other adapters didn't work until I connected an additional keyboard and mouse. I then had to use them to access DevManView to remove all keyboard devices, and then remove all mouse devices. Then I would disable additional keyboard and mouse devices. Then I would disable the device adapter. Then I would reboot. I then plugged in an adapter that connects to a mouse and keyboard. Then I would have a working mouse and keyboard again. It took me a long time to understand the above procedure and it gave me a headache to get it done! "Monoprice PS/2 Keyboard/Mouse to USB Converter Adapter" completely solved my problem! Now I can reboot and immediately have a working mouse and keyboard. Yes! (BTW: I'm a software engineer with 56 years of experience writing scientific software.)
