I like that you can customize it to your needs, as they have many different options for this platform - so there's something here if everyone has their own way of doing things! It took me forever trying out other platforms before picking up what was right with theirs (even though we had our in house people use them too).
We still struggled at first because no one knew how or where everything worked well enough until all aspects were taken into account by us internally/our HR team when deciding who could access which functions etc... But now its great!! Our entire department uses LPP from beginning till end process wise through each step along every hiring pathway imaginable including background checks & drug tests. Its really helped streamline processes across departments while also giving employees more transparency than ever seen previously especially around issues such as alcohol consumption during work hours/afterhours activities off campus /etc.
