These tray tables are thin and look great (lighter than the photos) but putting them together is a huge nightmare. You have to screw every little detail which takes 1-2 hours partly because the pre-drilled holes are misaligned. But the worst thing is that the clamps that hold it in the erected and standing position are too small/tight when finished so it takes a lot of effort to just insert the bar into the plastic clamps and even more effort to them to get it. Outside. I'm a big guy who lifts weights 2 times a week and I could barely pull it off - my wife and kids couldn't get them to move. Rather than sending them back as they cannot be returned once assembled our solution was to use pruning shears to trim about 1/8 inch off the edge of the inner plastic clips and they now work perfectly. Too much hassle and I would definitely recommend avoiding these trays.
