Good portion control
I bought these to make mini lasagne and enchiladas. They're small, but that's exactly what I was looking for for portion control. When cooking lasagna, you will most likely end up with two layers of lasagna in the pan. They are a good size. Real aluminum is thin, but it's great for freezer storage.
