Great customer service! Quick payment times

I love how fast they can process claims, even in our small business setting. We are able to get paid faster than some larger companies. The application looks very dated - hard for new employees to navigate through. Also having multiple tabs open so you have to go back and forth between different screens seems like it could be streamlined to make better use of screen space. Get quotes from more providers before choosing one; we were not happy with our previous provider, but after switching over all of our issues went away.

Pros
  • They work around your schedule if necessary (even though sometimes at inconvenient times).They also provide follow up notes about any changes that occur during claim processing such as denials/payments received etc..All communications via email seem timely compared other vendors i've used which would take days longer due time stamping emails sent by them vs my own internal mail servers
