Unsuitable for use. At least in my case
I really couldn't use the frame. I've also bought Purdy skates and the frame just wouldn't let them roll freely. I've tried everything, they just aren't smooth. It was a nuisance to use, had to remove it and go back to some old cheap reels to get the job done.
