Update November 2020: The seller keeps pushing me to delete my negative feedback (for money). I said no and leave me alone and they keep pursuing her. This is unacceptable! I further downgraded my rating in light of the harassment. First review below: The mirror is nice and the light is nice. The scope of delivery did not include screws for attachment to the linkage. The ones provided were only for mollies and not long enough to reach my cleats. So it was a bit difficult to find a few screws in my stash that would properly reach the studs in the wall. I found that the screws had to be tightened very firmly to keep the wall plate from moving at all while the mirror was being pulled out. Now that it's installed, it looks fine. But I have three real complaints: 1. The cable is black and ugly. I left it for now and will bring it back if needed I think. I see a photo from another reviewer and they have a clear cable so I'm wondering why I didn't have a clear cable. I really don't like black. 2) The mirror folds too easily and does not hold its position. It really is free. I hope after it gets a little dirty with hairspray it will be less flexible. 3) A 10x mirror has little distortion. By the time I'm done applying my makeup, I'm really fed up with the nausea. I hope I can adapt to that. I'm used to a very good Costco mirror that has no distortion. But we've moved and I needed a telescope mirror instead of the one that just hangs on the base. Hmmm. I'm not sure if this particular mirror will suffice for my needs. I'll try for a while. I ended up returning this mirror as I couldn't stand having to hold the tilt position with one hand when using the mirror. Not good! Also, the distortion made me really sick.
