Works great on my 2001 BMW 330i passenger window (4 doors). During the replacement I had two problems: (1) The airbag connector was difficult to remove and I ended up disconnecting it to remove the airbag module. When I reseated the same airbag connection, after I reconnected the battery, it came loose, leaving the airbag light on the dash constantly. I have to buy a $20 airbag reset tool to turn off the light. I also had to tie up the wire and tape on the airbag connection to prevent that connection from coming loose again. (2) Removing the two window pane screws was easy if you line up the two screws with the access holes by lifting the window 5 inches from the bottom. However, it took a long time to reinstall the screws as the 2 screw holes did not line up. I had to keep manipulating the window until I finally screwed in 2 screws. All that work paid off because the window was perfectly aligned. Findings: (1) Disconnect the battery and be extra careful when disconnecting the airbag electrical connection. Only connect the battery after a secure connection to the airbag. (2) Do not try to force the 2 window mounting screws into the 2 holes. Spend additional time aligning the window pane until "both" holes line up perfectly for the two screws. Installing 1 screw and trying to install the 2nd screw didn't work for me.
