At first I was rather skeptical. Can this thing really work and is it worth the money? In short, yes. A friend of mine told me about the Fizzics DraftPour Beer Dispenser and urged me to buy it. He said to get this version because it's the latest and they fixed some bugs that were wrong in the first version. I first tried it with my favorite stout in the barrel and was immediately hooked. It made the texture of the beer creamier and created the perfect head of foam that gave my favorite beer the perfect nitrous oxide feel. This created a cascading effect with a waterfall of bubbles. It really tasted even better. My second test was with a mild American lager. I hate cheap beer. Physicists can't work miracles, but they have transformed the "King of Beer" from a watery, fresh liquid into something tasty. It produces the same nitrogenous texture as my first test. Please note: You don't have to hold the tap down that long to refill the beer. It works a lot quicker than I thought, and the first time I cast it I made the head a lot bigger than is normally acceptable. I can't wait to bring this beast to the party.
