Do not buy this machine. I had an old TomTom that was near the end of its life and it was a very basic device. We wanted a different TomTom. The first complaint is that you can't use the TomTom Comfort Go as a standalone device. You must use your phone to set the address. TomTom must be switched on before you can set the address with your phone. The application does not remember previous entries. The application is very simple, GPS too. Features such as toll avoidance are missing. It may take several attempts to set the address for the GPS to accept the address and you start the address over again. When I received the TomTom, I spent several days updating the device. Comfort go 5 supports Wi-Fi but does not use encrypted Wi-Fi such as B. Those who do not have encrypted Wi-Fi on their home network. I would really recommend almost any other device to just enable using your phone. So many missing features. Finding the address takes longer than it's worth, the phone software is lacking, the guaranteed Bluetooth connection is unreliable. You can understand that I do not recommend this device. TomTom should be ashamed to even put it on the market.
