Assured fit and functionality after needlessly complicated installation plus a trip for rust-free hardware. 3 main problems: * No instructions. Information about the user on the internet helped, but why not include at least a link to the PDF in the ad? * All included nuts, bolts and washers rust - why aren't they stainless steel? * Nuts DO NOT have nylocks and lock washers were NOT supplied for the nuts holding the 45# tire and wheel. Pro Tips: 1) Spend $20 at Lowe's to replace ALL the fasteners with stainless steel bolts and nylock nuts, and add three 1/2" nuts to secure the carriage bolts to the post BEFORE trying to hang the tire (use oblong UPPER hole for bottom center bolt, square hole 1" too low). 2) Buy a 1/2" PEX tube and cut three 2"+ pieces to hold the 1/ 2" carriage bolts that the tire hangs from. At the right length, this isolates the wheel from the bolt threads (put PEX on the bolt if it's too tight).
