Sharp and Impressive Carving Knife

This carving knife made my Thanksgiving carving a breeze! The kullenschliff pattern helped the knife move smoothly through the turkey and made portioning a cinch .The knife feels sturdy and well-made and is a beautiful addition to my collection. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but the quality is unbeatable..
