I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Due to the holidays, the carrier delayed the delivery by a few days (I didn't know how much). What attracted me the most was the expedited shipping as I'm moving this week. After exchanging several emails and stress (expensive move and great life stress) I was offered a discount for my inconvenience. Arrived a day before I moved. They were totally compromised and I couldn't be happier. I may have to double down on some things, but I've got more than enough to get through this. Thank you Revane for putting up with my craziness and giving me a full refund. In the end, I didn't care about getting something for free. If I rented blankets it would be rich.
