The customer support is amazing! They're very detailed oriented, so if you can't find something in their docs they'll send you an email with steps to figure it out yourself. If that doesn't work then I get them to escalate my ticket which usually gets resolved right away. As someone who loves writing code, EvadeDesk was an easy product to implement into our software stack. We were able to have our team manage, prioritize, resolve tickets through this system without having to worry about coding or development management ourselves. The best thing about this software is that it has all the ticketing features which can be used in different industries like Retail or B2C. It also provides ready-to-use templates for creating emails, reports etc. There are many customization options available as well but they require some knowledge of coding languages such as HTML/CSS. We have been using EvadeDesk web ticket management system since 2015 to manage our customer support team's work load.
