Great platform for podcasters/content creators

The ease of use is great. It's very intuitive and once I started using it, I had no problems. The fact that they offer both mobile app AND desktop version was helpful as well! I dislike almost nothing about this software or their customer service team.
If anything, they could make the UI look less like a text-heavy application. This can be resolved but honestly it doesn't affect me much at all since I'm only using them in regards to hosting my podcasts. Also, being able to host multiple shows means that I don't have to worry so much about syncing files between computers anymore!

Pros

Very easy interface
Great for beginners who are just starting out with audio production.
Has builtin video editor (not sure if you need an additional program)
Mobile apps available too which makes things even easier when travelling/on vacation etc.
No file size limits upload whatever format works best
