I did not receive the brand I ordered!

I ordered a 10" Neewer ring light. Instead I got a cheap brand called QI-EU! It doesn't look like the photo. It doesn't even have a handle on the Top in real light. I also did not receive the case/bag that was stated in the description. This item is EXTREMELY CHEAP and NOT what I need! I am extremely disappointed! This needs to be fixed immediately!
