I have had 4 very active parrots for about 6 months and have bought and made my own toy for them. This toy is still her favorite to this day. They sit in the loops, swing and chew (a bird likes to hang upside down in them). My yarn is much thicker than in the picture and of course they like to nibble on it. I have this toy in a cage for at least 2 weeks. Two beads fell off within a day or two, so what? I use them again in a homemade bird toy. Other than that, despite all their chewing and playing, he's still in great shape and looks like he'll be playing for many more weeks to come! My sister just ordered one for herself after seeing my birds having fun. Definitely recommended for parrots.
