Great iPod player. Not the best watch for long distances.
Sound quality is good. Depending on 2 alarms. Really easy to use. You can even wake up to songs on your iPod. My only complaint is that the watch is difficult to read. I was able to read my old watch without glasses but this one is just a light blue smudge (even with 3 different brightness options). My husband can read this as he doesn't need glasses. Update: Sometimes the audio cuts out and you have to tap a few times to get the audio back. There must be a bad connection somewhere.
