Review on Ctzen by Darryl Blumenthal

I like that it allows me access from anywhere at anytime with my phone or computer which makes for easy reporting of issues around town! The only thing i dislike about this app/program would be having too many options when you are trying just get an issue reported quickly so they can address your concerns as soon has possible!! It does help out alot in getting things taken care off right away instead waiting weeks before anyone gets back into contact wtih our community members who have had complaints made against their business's practices etc..
