I ordered this set because the product description said it was silicone free. I've used the product and initially loved the way it felt on my hair, but then I started thinking about it, looked closely at the ingredients and found that it contained Dimethicone and Amodimethicone, which I strictly avoid. I have curly, dry hair and have avoided silicones for the past few months with such great results (healthy hair). I love how good these products smell and feel on my hair, but that's not my product because they contain silicones. Moral of the story: always check the ingredients list on the products!
