This case fully protects the Raspberry Pi Zero W. The top and bottom are made of durable clear Plexiglas. There are two gaskets that protect the inside and 4 washers that ensure everything fits together like a glove. Two top plates are included to accommodate different Pi Zero models. The instructions say to attach the heatsink before assembly. I did this after the build to make sure I didn't align anything. If you need to mount a final assembly, double-sided foam tape will do. If you want to use the Pi Zero with a GPIO header, this case will not work without modification. Yes, I would recommend this treatment to a friend. Result: 70mm L x 32.5mm W x 15mm H.
