Review on ACDelco 334 1405 Professional Alternator Remanufactured by Seth Singh

I purchased this unit to fit my 2005 Grand Caravan SXT as the original alternator was about to explode. I bought a used van and it always had a faint humming generator noise. I lived with it for almost 4 years until it got much worse. Growling generators are a common problem with these transporters. Most likely poor quality bearings used in OEM units. The ACDelco unit arrived quickly and while I wish the packaging was a little better it was not damaged on arrival as it was so heavy. I double checked the bearings to make sure they feel good, have no roughness and spin freely. Installation was easy if you can do it yourself. The van now sounds like new! My jaw dropped when I lit the van after installation and heard it. NOTHING! Absolutely calm. The van has never sounded so good. I haven't had any problems with the device so far and can definitely report an improvement in charging. No more flickering light. I wish I had a longer warranty, but I've also seen devices with a "lifetime" warranty that you replace at an alarming rate. These blocks are remade in Mexico FYI but I can't argue with the quality of what I received. take it gladly! It was cheaper than local auto parts but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did!
