The best instant messaging tool ever!
The ability to communicate efficiently across multiple platforms at once! I love that we can have our team members easily interact through different channels such as Whatsapp or Facebook messenger without having everyone log into one particular app/site for communication purposes only. Not much but it has been great so far since there are no major downsides yet (except maybe some minor bugs here & there). We use this tool mostly when clients need assistance from us regarding their problems using online services like PayPal etc.

- Easy access anywhere anytime you want even if your phone's internet connection is poor
- User friendly interface which makes navigation pretty easy.
- Good customer support service provided by staff, they helped me with my problem immediately after contacting them
