Very Satisfying Voice Recognition Software

The best thing about this software is that it can be used with any phone line. This makes it extremely versatile and easy to use in multiple environments. It also has a very simple user interface which allows anyone to easily navigate through its features. I have not found anything I dislike about voiceguide IVR. If you are looking for a simple, yet powerful IVR system, then voiceguide IVR is what you need. We are using voiceguide IVR to provide customer service to our customers. This has allowed us to resolve their issues quickly, while at the same time providing them with the information they need.

Pros
  • Easy maintenance no server necessary; low cost per call compared other systems like Cisco IP Phones or Avaya ACD platforms flexible routing options (inbound/outbound) allowing calls from anywhere over PSTN lines into your own network as well as outwards via SIP trunking capabilities
