The customer service was quick to respond and eager to do what I needed them to do. They were always willing to answer my questions and help me figure out how they could do more or better for my business. I wish the app had some features that were included in others of their products, but overall it is something I would recommend! When I first started using HealthPac, there seemed to be a lot of glitches. It took longer than expected to get things set up right and all the features were not working as intended. Once we got everything figured out, it has been great! We are able to see patient information at any time, and I can go back and edit previous bills.
