I use them in a 10 inch canister that powers our whole house. We have a well in a very clayey area so we change them about once a week or twice a month depending on how cloudy the sediment is. will with the rainy season. Now technically there is a pressure drop BUT it's because we have so much debris. There is no pressure drop when it is first installed. I plan to install a hydraulic tank after our filter in the future but have a "reservoir" for that filter to drain and not use directly. still love her Especially since they sell them in such large quantities that we need because of the above.
