I'm using this product for my knees. I am doing physical therapy and used something similar to this product there. I ordered the blue Tumac Multi Loop Stretching Strap, and it came just in time for my morning stretching. I couldn't be happier with it! Soft around my feet and ankles, yet durable enough for a good stretch and pull. The sewing on the loops is sturdy as well. There are 10 loops to utilize, which is great for many different uses. And it also comes with a stretching guide card, and a black zippered carrying case. Would definitely recommend!
