Easy to apply and sticks to my ceramic tiles. HASKO is a bit strange in that they emailed me about the installation procedures immediately after purchase and there was a follow-up email. a few days after i received it. It's not rocket science, but I suspect they had customers with installation issues or problematic recalls that they were trying to prevent. The approach seems a bit overzealous to me, but that's okay, it's just a few emails. I will say that while this is an efficient soap dish, the 'washer' is plastic with a chrome-like finish and the stainless steel basket feels a little flimsy. But that's exactly what I noticed when handling it; Once installed, it's just a fixture that looks normal. I will update if I encounter any corrosion issues. The product comes with an adhesive-backed plastic disc that can be stuck to non-conforming surfaces (e.g. 1" tile, slate, etc.) and provides a flat surface for the suction cup to stick to. I threw mine away. I have to wonder if the extra height will cause this basket to hang at an odd angle?
